This program is designed for individuals who have lost weight through one of our PATHWeighs and want to keep it off while managing a busy lifestyle. It is a behaviorally based program designed to teach you the strategies for successful long-term weight management.

What to expect?
After completing one of our PATHWeighs, you will be introduced to this 12-week lifestyle-oriented weight management program. Classes are held weekly and are continually updated.
