After trying other diets and putting the weight back on, I decided it was time for a change. I'd heard of many success stories from friends who had participated in the program and I finally attended one of the information sessions then decided to give it a try.

This program has taught me balanced nutrition and portion control to help me keep the weight off long-term. My goal was to lose 30 lbs and after only 10 weeks of the active phase and 6 weeks of transition, I have exceeded my goal. I'm very excited to have my confidence back.

The support from the friendly staff and other participants has been tremendously helpful.
