I was inspired to lose weight because my clothes did not fit anymore! I wanted to look and feel better. I was amazed when I witnessed the quick weight loss of a good friend. This program was different than other programs I have tried because it was so easy! I knew exactly what I could have - no options! I was never hungry- the product kept me very satisfied. I think I was successful on this program because of the support from everyone! My family, friends, and the O.N.E. Weigh staff were behind me all the way. I loved the group sessions "they were both education and motivational. My mom and I did the program together! I have more energy. I am much happier with myself. It is actually fun to go shopping. I am more confident in my appearance.
My advice to someone just starting the program would be to go to the classes, drink lots of water, don’t get down on yourself if you eat off the program " just get right back to it! Exercise and stay positive! This has been an amazing experience! I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone who needs to lose weight. It has always been so discouraging to have so much to lose. This program helped me lose the weight very quickly at a steady pace. All of the classes were extremely educational. I have learned how to “eat to live, not live to eat.” I am very grateful to have found such a wonderful program with an amazing staff and support center. I plan to continue my weight loss journey and maintenance with O.N.E. Weigh System by attending the Right Weigh meetings.
