Sarah lost 55 pounds with ONEweigh system

As a nurse, I knew the weight I was carrying was unhealthy. At 64, I felt old and tired, my blood pressure was creeping upward, and I had trouble with my knees and feet. At 223 pounds, I lacked confidence that I could lose the needed weight on my own. I felt this program with medical monitoring and physician oversight would help me lose weight quickly and give me the motivation and incentive to continue healthy eating habits.

I feel healthy, revitalized, and confident. I feel younger than my true age and I like what I see in the mirror. I'm more active, move around with ease, can walk at a normal pace, and climb stairs easily. I'm able to wear regular shoes (some with heels!) and standard size clothes. I enjoy what I eat and feel in control without feeling deprived. I don't "beat myself up" if I make a mistake, but just re-focus on healthy eating. By the way, I lost 55 pounds, but I have learned not to focus on the scale, but on continued good eating habits.

Their presentations at the weekly group meetings along with the excellent educational modules provide the necessary strategies for continued success.
